It led to my first conversation with Jacob, who right from the start praise me for my service and assured me that I was qualified for a low interest VA loan with my good credit. Once I had the final decree of divorce in my hand I contacted Jacob on a Friday to let him know the numbers that the court had laid down. The next day on a Saturday we were on the phone and starting the process of my refinance loan, and two months later, my home was officially my home again, with a mortgage payment that fit my budget.
