This is the third time that I have done something with 'Rocket Mortgage that has involved multiple phone conversations. My most recent pho1ne friend is Jacob Montano.
Jacop fiirst called me about the lowered interest rates that would be to my favor to refinance. Later in our phone friendship, I was looking at extensive dental bills for my husband and myself. Also, we were considering at buying a new car.
I kept telling Jacob to keep calling me back while waiting for the right abount of our potential loan. I, also, had to get over pneumonia which required further delays. I am so glad that Jacob was faithful in keeping in touch and did not think that I was just wasting his time with my delay tactics.
Finally, we were successful in acquiring my new loan. Jacob called me to tell me just what was going on and what to expect and what was aactually occurring or needed to be done. I am visually impaired as of eighteen years ago, and I sometimes felt that my questions, comments and actions were quite juvenile on my part. As a retired educator, I appreciated that Jacob never showed impatience or ridicule. I bet that he did not even roll his eyes-- like my husband!!
My great sorrow is that my phone friend is no longer in my life. Maybe I'll think of some reasons to call him.
