Jacob is wonderful to work with. He is so patient with people who are not comfortable with technology and worked to find solutions. He is good at explaining issues in everyday language so i was aware of issues and they were easily resolved. I would work with him again.

Jacob was very helpful to me. I had a goal in mind, and he showed me how to proceed to make my goal a reality. I'm new to Rocket as my Mortgage was sold to them. Glad I have them on my side.
