Wow! I never dreamed that refinancing would be so easy. Jacob was instrumental in making this such an easy experience. I never asked a question that he couldn't answer and he never made me feel like a "dumb girl" for asking. He walked me through every step of the process. I am disabled and it's hard for me to collect documentation very quickly. Jacob was able to help me submit everything ...Wow! I never dreamed that refinancing would be so easy.
