After she passed over her part in this process, things went from five star to one. I got a runaround for three weeks trying to get my disbursement. I got nowhere with that. I was transferred to Customer relations, David took over from there.He was very professional and did stay in touch w me until the issue was revolved and follow up afterwards. I was highly disappointed in the final process of my account. There was no initial communication about the delay in the disbursement, so I was left in the dark until I reached out to you. This review is a little late as three days before the closing I fell off a ladder breaking eight ribs, fracturing three vertbrae, causing two bulging discs. The doctor had to open me up to reconstruct my ribcage. The operation was the day before the scheduled closing. Yet the closing happened at my bedside and...Jacquie,
