MY EXPERIENCE WITH JACQUIE MADE THE REFINACE PROCEDURE EASY. HER INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT FORMS, UPLOADING DOCUMENTS, HER PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR ON THE PHONE ALL MADE THIS A VERY EASY PROCESS. The whole process was quite painless and only took 17 days from start to finish.
