What an experience. I own my home and was inquiring about a HELOC. Jason, from Arizona, was my rep. I reached out via Messenger and he called me on the phone. Let me just say this.
1. He was so professional

Although Rocket could not help me because they do not offer HELOC loans, I thought I would take the time and let others know that for 27min, Jason walked me through some other options not related to Rocket Mortgage, as their services could not help me. I really appreciated the help and knowledge he shared with me. We need more human beings like Jason in the world.

If I ever need a primary loan or 2nd mortgage, I will definitely be contacting Jason from Rocket Mortgage.
