Jason was great. The biggest two reasons I went with Jason and Rocket mortgage was he was very forthcoming with me, I felt like I could trust him, and I got a good rate and low closing costs. Towards the end of the process the builders preferred lender ended up giving me a little lower interest rate and lower closing costs but through the process I felt like they were only giving me good rates ...Jason was great. He even changed a Realtor’s perception of Rocket Mortgage as she perceived the process unorganized, with lack of communication, impersonal. Even tried to convince me to choose a different lender. Of course I did not, and promised her an awesome experience. After the closing she was so “wow” by the easiness of the process, the customer service, the meeting of the time frames, the communication and personal touch that she mentioned how impressed she was and would not mind doing business with Rocket Mortgage in the future.
