She is like many who have not learned, no matter how busy one is, the value of returning calls promptly or within a reasonable time frame say at the very least 48 hrs. It's something lacking in today's service industry. Had she not been working for Rocket Mortgage, I would have given her a score of 1. The support team of Rocket Mortgage is very good.
