Initially, Jeff seemed knowledgeable and accommodating. However, when I informed him of our decision to postpone refinancing, after evaluating our situation, his attitude quickly shifted. He became rude and dismissive, displaying a surprising lack of professionalism and customer service.
This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to recommend his services to others.
