Jenna would sometimes call ME first if we were going back and forth in emails, just to make it easier on us both. She would always email or reply back via text asap and never left me feeling I was in the dark on anything during my refi process. I honestly thought the process ...I'm going to do my best to not make this a cliche "SHE HELPED ME THE ENTIRE WAY" even though that's exactly what she did lol
