We also chose the mortgage first program on Jenny's recommendation and it was literally the only thing that got me the house! We were purchasing in Seattle and it is a very competitive market with multiple buyers bidding over asking price on every home we looked at. ...Jenny is the TRUTH. I had such an amazing experience working with Jenny because she was knowledgable, attentive, and very patient. I also know I also received the best PRICE with Jenny because my other lender couldn't lock my loan until my application was approved, I was SO surprised how many banks actually don't lock your loan right away and in this rising rate environment, I couldn't afford the added risk. My loan was locked days before interest rates went up and my payment would have skyrocketed.
