Jenny was very patient. I was watching the rates for about 2 months. Never once did she pressure me. Once I informed her, I was waiting to see how the market behaved, she honored that. I had about 1,526 questions for my refinance and Jenny helped to answer all of them. Even though I asked the same question 20 times, Jenny was just as calm and understanding as the first 19 times. (That's about 30,520 total questions!!!) By the time I was ready to make a decision, I felt completely informed, empowered and ready to move forward.
