When a 2nd tier reviewer was going to deny me because they read the rules wrong (I've been self-employed for 2+ years at the time of the application and had 2 years of income tax, but he wanted my 2020 tax return in addition and told me to reapply again later), Jeremy stepped in and rescued my application from being denied.
