It's hard to think of other things to say about Jerry that haven't already been stated. He was polite, professional, and easy to talk with. He was very knowledgeable about our Home Equity Loan process. He always responded to questions quickly.

TBH, before contacting Jerry, I was dreading this process. But he helped make it easy and was a great help in lowering my stress. Jerry was fantastic in walking us through our re-financing/home equity loan. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly, and always gave us the data we needed to make good decisions. The whole process with Rocket was 100 times easier and less stressful than we expected and Jerry was the one running point for that. I can't recommend him more highly!

Jerry is a great public relations front man ! It was actually fun dealing with and talking to Jerry throughout the whole process. Jerry was knowledgeable about every step of the loan and could answer every question. We laughed about many different things, and that is an enjoyable experience. And Jerry has 2 Siberian Huskies, I have one; she was hit severely by a car during our process and needed a...Jerry is a great public relations front man !
