I was thrilled at first, managing to get a preapproval in about 20 minutes on the phone. The house ended up being a nightmare, so I promptly emailed her to let her know it wasn't going to work. I asked what to do for a preapproval to give us a price range we were eligible for. The house ended up being a nightmare, so I promptly emailed her to let her know it wasn't going to work. I asked what to do for a preapproval to give us a price range we were eligible for. All of the sudden, a conventional loan wouldn't be available for enough to buy anything in our area, including the first house and there were other issues. Rather than giving me ALL of the info I needed to rectify the situation, I was given a vague answer that got me nowhere after numerous calls she directed me to make. I repeatedly asked for more info, but didn't get a response until 24 hours after the initial call about the issue.

Her communication is awful, she will just talk over you and ignore your questions, and I feel like I've been duped into taking a huge hit on my credit to get nowhere. We ended up wasting hours of our and our real estate agent's time for nothing. Find anyone else to work with that actually CARES about you and takes the time to get it right.

Jill was just awful to try to work with. She was very pushy and wouldn’t listen to anything that I had to say. She didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when I would bring up details that I had spoke with her about before. If you didn’t get her the documents she wanted exactly when she wanted them she would call at all hours bugging you for them. She doesn’t seem to understand that people have jobs and lives and things don’t revolve around her schedule. I have worked in sales for years and am a manager at my position now and I would tell you I would never hire somebody like this.
