The reason I contacted Rocket Mortgage was because of an advertisement stating that there are government programs structured to help you save thousands of dollars a year in mortgage costs. It turned out to be a standard loan. No special programs, as indicated, just a straight up loan ...Joe is very friendly, responds well to questions, and tells great stories. I can’t help but feel misled though.
