I had not intention of picking up the phone for Rocket Mortgage. I just put a quick inquiry online to see what the options were. By accident, I spoke to Joe and it was the best accident I have had. Without trying to sell me on their services - Joe walked me thru all of the options - along side my current mortgage company that I was in the process of scheduling a closing with. After a couple back and forth conversations - I am in the process of refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and want Joe to be my friend :). I was not very happy with the process of this loan. It took over 100 days to refinance on a property I was already living in. My sister had sold her house and closed on a new house all before my process ended and she sharted 45 days after I began in May 20, 2020 (Closed September 10, 2020)
