Everything from start to finish was so incredibly easy! There was never a question left unanswered by Joe and he was always extremely informative. I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets ...I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. The whole process with Joe and his team was very smooth and we closed in about 3 weeks. Everything from the electronic signatures to the notary coming to my house. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy.
