We had been renting a home and needed to purchase a home on a very tight schedule, as the landlord was putting the house up for sale. Joe approved our mortgage over the phone and his team's communication was outstanding during the whole process. We had been renting a home and needed to purchase a home on a very tight schedule, as the landlord was putting the house up for sale. The whole process; looking for a home, putting in an offer, and closing on the property took 45 days from start to finish. If I knew how quickly Joe's team worked we could have scheduled the closing 2 weeks earlier. They are amazing and unbelievable professional.
