I was educated, encouraged, and welcomed warmly by this kind, knowledgeable man. He, as we chatted, got appropriate information from me, and voila, there was an estimate. The outcome of my initial contact with Joe, started me on a path of the easiest and smoothest loan acquisition I have ever experienced.
