John helped me throughout the entire re-fi process. Even when the process moved on to other departments he quickly answered any questions I had and helped move things forward. We spoke and/or texted many times after normal work hours and on weekends. I always felt confident and well informed about what was going on. Although we didn't choose to go through with the refinance; me and my wife learned a lot speaking with John about all of the options available for us. He was very educational about all of our choices and helped us tremendously in making our final decision. We had a whole bunch of questions and John always had an answer for every one of them.
