I'm pretty busy working and I didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to a VA refi even though I knew rates were lowering. I received a great low interest rate from Rocket/Rocket Mortgage (best I received while shopping around) and John made the paperwork and process very easy for me to accomplish. Everything was done on-line and the closing was at my house so I didn't have to go anywhere to close...I'm pretty busy working and I didn't have a lot of time to dedicate to a VA refi even though I knew rates were lowering.
