One, I had to refinance an existing loan as part of a divorce settlement agreement. Other lenders had advised the divorce would need to be completed first, before the refinancing could be underwritten. John was able to assure me Rocket Mortgage could underwrite the refinancing prior to the divorce being finalized- his willingness to work with me as I was navigating the divorce settlement negotiations was invaluable.
