I had a fantastic experience with John and my loan process with Rocket Mortgage...I have to admit I was VERY skeptical at first about doing everything online and scanning and email all of the documents but it was a very painless process and John was very knowledgeable and helpful thru the entire process! The people were all good, but the process was terrible. It was time consuming. Even after we signed our documents we got a call asking for more verification I formation. Then they sent the paperwork the wrong address twice. I am overall happy with the mortgage rate, but be ready to spend time with the process.
