Life can be noisy and complicated with all the options at times and my expectation was that this process would also be that. John was up front. He explained the whole loan app. he was always available, I found myself lost on some of the info he needed so I called him one night and as I figure I had to leave a message. 10 mins. later he returned the call and apologized for missing the call (he told me he was with the family) Everything went just as he explained. If the loan runs as smooth as the application we hit it big...John was up front.
