I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this refinance process was honestly one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had.
It took almost two months, and there were mistake after mistake in the loan documents. My husband’s name was spelled wrong
, some numbers and calculations had to be fixed, and the property was listed as a second home even though it was supposed to be an investment property. We had to stop and delay the closing more than once because the documents were not right.
The biggest problem was the lack of communication. Many of my emails were ignored or answered very late, and I had to follow up again and again just to get basic updates. Most of the time, I felt like no one was really paying attention to t

I ended up checking the documents myself page by page and finding problems that should have been caught before they were sent to us. That caused a lot of stress, wasted time, and made the whole process feel like a nightmare.
