When I called, Jon was the one that answered my call, I gave him a quick run-through of my history and he was completely honest and upfront about what steps were next. After a quick 10 minute phone call, I had a pre-approval! I was completely shocked! He was there for me every step of the way and my family are ready to move into our new home! I have to say Jon is truly a great person first of all, He really is a concerned individual and will do what ever he can to make sure your experience of buying a home is care free and fun.
Jon will always call and check in with you to see if your doing well and offer his expertise with concerns about loans and see which is the best for your needs.
