To think that I have done mortgage business with B of A for 40 years! The only thing that could make me go back there would be if Jon called me from there. And he never would because where you work is a reflection of character. Jon Calcaterra did an outstanding and rapid job for me -- transparent, friendly, accurate (no sneak plays or bait-and-switch); and, I actually enjoyed the interaction. ...To think that I have done mortgage business with B of A for 40 years!
