While I am not one to post reviews, I felt it necessary to write this review for Jon Calcaterra. I was very skeptical when I answered the phone and came very close to telling him I wasn’t interested and hanging up the phone! I’m so glad I didn’t! He is very knowledgeable of Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage required “paperwork”. He walked me through it and answered my questions with no ...While I am not one to post reviews, I felt it necessary to write this review for Jon Calcaterra. He is very knowledgeable of Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage required “paperwork”. He walked me through it and answered my questions with no hesitation! We did everything that was required online except signatures required on loan documents which will be signed at our home early next week! Just can’t say enough about how pleasant he was and how easy it was to provide information with his help! Start to finish was about two weeks, but he was waiting for me to provide documents a couple of times.
