Let me start with the Rocket Mortgage platform, it was amazing! The dashboard, tasks and document section made the experience easy and paperless. Next the support staff was awesome, Jordan went above and beyond helping me through the process. Jordan was available almost anytime of the day/week I called or texted. I have purchased 3 homes historically and I must admit this experience was by far ...Let me start with the Rocket Mortgage platform, it was amazing!
