At first, as natural instincts may suggest, I thought this was just good salesmanship. But very quickly I came to learn that Jorge had a real-life interest in helping me. We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate. And, even though the appraisal was less than expected, and with some objection on my part, he nevertheless was able to structure a refinance that met the criteria that we had originally considered. Jorge is obviously a family man, with a positive work ethic, and made me feel comfortable, all through the process. I would be glad to recommend him to others.
