I had a very disappointing experience working with Joseph. I simply asked for an estimate without a hard pull on my credit, which is a standard and reasonable request in the mortgage process.

Instead of addressing this professionally, the interaction became rude and was abruptly ended by him. The lack of professionalism and communication made me uncomfortable continuing.

Zero stars is not an option.... Joseph performed a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization. For months, he assured me he was handling the issue, only to later admit that I needed to request its removal myself—before finally conceding that it was actually his responsibility. Even then, he claimed he was having it removed, yet Rocket Mortgage had no record of him taking any action.

...Zero stars is not an option.... Joseph performed a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization. For months, he assured me he was handling the issue, only to later admit that I needed to request its removal myself—before finally conceding that it was actually his responsibility. Even then, he claimed he was having it removed, yet Rocket Mortgage had no record of him taking any action.
