It's difficult to find the words to describe the gratitude I have for Joseph but I will try. From the very first phone call up to and including the present-day after I closed the loan he has always been responsive and willing to assist with finding a solution to my questions or concerns.

I was honestly hesitant in going through the refinance process but Joseph made it bearable and less frustrating even when I was working with other members of the mortgage team Joe checked in with me to see if things were moving along smoothly which was a welcomed act knowing someone was looking out for my interests and I wasn't just thrown into the mortgage pipeline.
I felt like a person and not just a number or source of revenue
I can honestly say that Joseph is a man of the utmost integrity and has the intestinal fortitude to get things done effectively for his clients.
