As former banker/lender, I found Joshua to be both upbeat & knowledgeable. He listened carefullly to my situation & helped find solutions. I could not be more satisfied.

ROCKET: Hang onto this guy - if I wasn’t retired I would have already recruited him!

Josh was professional and knowledgable and most import reachable. The online application process is understandable and efficient. Rocket Mortgage is a good name for this lender.

I wish I could have said great things but Josh was good, Paul was better but the rest of the people I dealt with were absolute terrible. Thought to cancel the loan several times, even after the close. Some of the people do not deserve to be employed by anyone!!!

This was my second refinance with Josh. From start to finish he was the consummate professional - great communication skills, in depth understanding of the markets and an overall pleasure to deal with ! Thanks Josh !!
