Josh was never pushy, allowing us to take our own path and the time we needed to do it. I know that I always ask a ton of questions, and Josh was there to answer every one of them. He always stayed in contact with me, often giving me updates the second they would post to my Rocket Mortgage page. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. his entire team of Rocket Mortgage employees were just as kind as him.
