Joshua was very helpful, in the beginning. However, he would not return any of my wife's emails or messages and he treated me like an inconvenience when I would finally get a hold of him, to get those answer's to our questions. My wife is the one who started this process, not me. Came across as misogynistic. I am only giving 2 stars because of his help when we FIRST applied.
