Very helpful and upbeat. Always responded the same day, once after 7 pm her time(5 my time), when I thought it was too late for a response that day. We went thru three properties, asking for pre-approved letters on all three, before we finally got an acceptance on the 4th property. Jozi had no problem adjusting each letter to fit the offer, and doing it promptly and cheerfully. We would highly ...Very helpful and upbeat.
