Screwed our income up in the beginning and once it was discovered, we never heard from her again. We were punted to another representative at Rocket from that point on. The entire experience was one flub after another. Had it not been for my constant request for updates...we would still never have closed this loan. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY SERVICES FROM ROCKET MORTGAGE.
