In recent conversations, I told Justin how nervous I was after reading so many reviews about Rocket Mortgage. Justin called me on a Monday morning and had my deal rolling by the end of the week — maybe even by Wednesday. The process was incredibly easy… almost too easy at times, to the point where I wondered if it was a scam!

But everything worked out exactly as he said it would. Justin was responsive, professional, and always available. He even texted me back at all times of the day — including weekends.

I was really hesitant about using Rocket. I thought they'd be corporate, far away, and impersonal. Boy was I wrong. Justin was on top of everything, available all the time, even by text, got stuff done, was on top of whatever we needed or any problems, explained things clearly, and really understood our individual situation. We didnt have great credit or amazing incomes, but Justin got it done for...I was really hesitant about using Rocket. I thought they'd be corporate, far away, and impersonal. Boy was I wrong.
