I called to get some general information about a refinance or an home equity loan. I have not done a lot of research so I was pretty naïve to the whole process. Kailee was very personable and made me feel comfortable and was Jeanene concerned with trying to help me make the best decision for myself and my family. Kailee had most of the information I was seeking correct. I did feel as if she was pushing us along, as if to get one more closing in the pipeline to help with her numbers or quota for the month! That bothered me because my wife underwent a serious surgery, and Kailee was still trying to get me to submit information for the mortgage the day of the surgery.
