Karem is a star, and was the most helpful person in the home-buying process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and brought options that I wasn't aware of to my attention. He is very friendly and positive throughout what can be a stressful process. More than anything, though, He is absolutely ON IT. We jumped into the market unexpectedly for a house that came up near us and Karem was all over...Karem is a star, and was the most helpful person in the home-buying process. Karem did an outstanding job working to get me the best home loan possible. He kept in contact with me frequently over the course of 3 months while I went through the pre-approval process, home selection, and all the way up to the offer and acceptance. He was never pusher or overselling, just trying to get me the best rate at the best price.
