The Home Loan Expert, Kassem Hamam, is a professional and an affable Person. I was hesitant about a second mortgage until Kassem explained to me the loan process step by step. I spoke to him many times because I was not comfortable having a second mortgage, but Kassem assured me that he was treating me like his mother, so I trusted him. Very happy with the mortgage team as a whole. Kassem was actually having a hard time getting my loan package where it needed to be and referred me to a senior consultant. Justin was able to make it work and get me where I needed to be. I ended up closing early September, missed 2 mortgage payments and got my escrow refund. On top of saving 1.5% interest with minimal points. All said and done I'll...Very happy with the mortgage team as a whole.
