I had problems the whole time with my 4th home purchase. When I was looking for a home I couldn't seem to get Kendall to speak with me on the phone. Eventually, I contacted his superiors and tried to get a new loan officer. After that, they realigned us and that issue seemed to go away.

I had problems the whole time with my 4th home purchase. When I was looking for a home I couldn't seem to get Kendall to speak with me on the phone. Eventually, I contacted his superiors and tried to get a new loan officer. After that, they realigned us and that issue seemed to go away.

Once we signed a contract rocket close dropped the ball all the way to the closing table. Rocket close never followed up with me on the deposit getting kicked back. In addition, it took rocket a few weeks to get property taxes corrected on our loan estimate only to have rocket close send outdated paperwork to the closing agent at 10pm on Sunday before a Monday closing at 9am. That reminds me, I also had to pester rocket mortgage for the cash to close amount the business day before closing. I have a bunch of hard copies and soft copies of the closing documents now. But, I'm not confident that I actually have my name on the deed. I won't be surprised if I get a surprise eviction notice while making my mortgage payments.

Kendall and the entire Rocket Mortgage were great in the loan process. They got us a wonderful rate and checked on us consistently throughout the process!

Rocket Mortgage didn't do me any favors in terms of a good rate for a 15-year term, compared to options. While this loan / closing was discussed more than 90 days ahead of time, RM failed to achieve the closing date, costing me significant delay fees from the movers while an 18-wheeler was parked idle for 2 days. Redfin was great. If RM is going to rely on Redfin for reputation gains, a stronger ...Rocket Mortgage didn't do me any favors in terms of a good rate for a 15-year term, compared to options. And stop sending surveys each time an employee calls or emails me...it is mindless and underscores the need for senior level attention on questionable impressions being created.
