I had the chance to meet Kenneth, I worked with Kenneth on my last home loan, I enjoyed speaking with him from our first introduction to the end of the purchase, I relied heavily on Kenneth's answers to my questions, he is very knowledgeable and I could and did ask him a lot ...While working with Rocket Mortgage / Rocket Mortgage, my questions were answered by everyone I came in contact with. I had the chance to meet Kenneth, I worked with Kenneth on my last home loan, I enjoyed speaking with him from our first introduction to the end of the purchase, I relied heavily on Kenneth's answers to my questions, he is very knowledgeable and I could and did ask him a lot of questions, even when we were both so busy, we emailed one another and the response time was short, sometimes he called to check on me and see how I was doing.and when I was really stressed he was able to answer questions and keep me calmed down. I enjoyed working with Kenneth and would suggest that any one even considering a loan, talk with Kenneth. He was reliable, honest and worked very hard to make every thing clear to me and keep me on track, Thanks to Kenneth and all the other folks I had the opportunity to work with I am in my second home and look forward to working with them all again in the future for my retirement home. Thanks again Kenneth you made my life a lot calmer while going through this process, I'm very happy with the outcome.
