It was a pleasure working with Kevin! He was always available to answer any questions we had during the refi process no matter what time we called him. Everything went just as he explained all the way from the start to the end. Kevin is reliable, honest and efficient! If we ever have the need again, we would definitely use Rocket Mortgage and request Kevin!

How did we get so luck as to have Kevin Lange as our first contact on our recent refi!! He was terrific from the get-go; he made everything so easy, answered every question, and helped in any way he could to make the process a good experience! 5 gold stars (above) for Kevin!

This is my 2nd refinance with Kevin and he has done an excellent job both times to explain all my costs, organize all my paperwork, and getting everything scheduled. After e-signing most of my documents, closing only took about 30 minutes in my own home.

KEVIN WAS MOST HELPFUL DURING THE PROCESS. HE KEPT US INFORMED ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND WHAT WAS REQUIRED OR NEEDED DURING THE RE-FINANCE PROCESS AND HOW TO GET I TO HIM THE QUICKEST WAY POSSIBLE. This was our second loan with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket loan, I wouldn't call anyone else for my future loans. They were professional, courteous, and most of all accurate. I would give six stars in it were an option. Thank you Kevin and your team, outstanding job. Marc and Linda
