Kevin Palmer was great to work with during the refinance process. He explained very clearly the entire process, what I needed to submit, and then followed up with me when he said he would. Kevin helped me lower my 30 year mortgage to a 15 year mortgage. I had 19 years left and he made 4 years go away with a lower rate and lower payment.
