I decided to check out Rocket Mortgage almost by chance, as I was leaning toward going with another lender. It was a Sunday morning when I completed some information online, and the system asked if I would be willing to accept a call. I’m certainly glad I said yes!
On the other end of the phone was Kory. From that first conversation, he worked with me through the entire VA refinance process. He took the time to explain my options, walked me through how the refinance could benefit me, answered my questions, and was there throughout the entire journey.
When the appraisal came back lower than expected, Kory didn’t give up or simply tell me the deal wouldn’t work. He shifted gears, found another solution, and kept the process moving forward. Just a few days later, we closed!
