He took the time to personally answer all my questions. He does not know this, but my father has been suffering from ALS for the last 3 years. Providing care for my father after work and also being occupied for 10-12 hours a day, does not give me a lot of time for anything else, much less a refinance. Kyle worked with me on my time, which could begin at 9:00 PM EST. He did this without hesitation neither did he even ask any questions.
