When I called Rocket Mortgage to see about getting refinance loan I was a little worried. I had a bad experience with a different loan company. But when I spoke with him on the telephone it was very easy process. So within 13 days my loan was approved and closing is done. Anytime I called Kyle even if I didnt leave a message he would call me and see if everything was ok. I would first like to say that my experience with Rocket Mortgage was outstanding but if not for Kyle Glenn who first contacted me after filling out the necessary forms online I would not be the extremely happy person I am today.
